Under this system, Conservice manages all aspects of billing, including payment collection and late fee management. Here are the available payment methods:
Automatic Payments/Autopay: When set up, balances will be paid automatically on the due date every month. To enroll in autopay, you can:
- Login to your account at www.utilitiesinfo.com. See the video for a tutorial on how to enroll in autopay online.
- Mail a voided check to Conservice at PO Box 1530 Hemet, CA 92546, along with the bottom portion of your Conservice bill.
- Email/chat with our customer service team. Please have your account number and a voided check ready.
Note: Please be sure to read the full Terms of Agreement when setting up automatic payments. This can be accessed on your account online or by contacting us.
Other Payment Options
- Automated Payment Line: Call our payment line at 1-877-259-4944 to make a payment via credit/debit card 24/7. There is a small convenience fee for payments submitted this way. Please read Conservice Convenience Fee and Service Fee for more information regarding this fee.
- Online Payments: Login to your account on www.utilitiesinfo.com to make payments via credit/debit card or EFT. Manual, one-time payments will incur a small convenience fee.
- Mail and Bank Payments: If you prefer to pay via check, money order, or with your bank’s bill-pay service, please send those to Conservice at PO Box 1530 Hemet, CA 92546.
- Quick Pay: If you’ve opted into ebill (bill emailed to you), you have the option to pay via Quick Pay directly from your ebill. Please read Quick Pay for more information on this method.
Important Notes:
- Payment Timing: Send payments in advance to avoid late fees. Payments made late because of postal delays are not exempt from late fees.
- Returned Payments: A fee is charged for returned payments due to insufficient funds or inaccurate information.
- Autopay Considerations: Allow three business days for setup or cancellation. Autopay not set up/canceled in time may result in late payments.
- Access to Information: Refer to your account on www.utilitiesinfo.com for detailed information.
